Currently, Shoppio Mart ships only within India.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Gujarat: 6–7 business days after dispatch.

  • All Other States: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Certain remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may require up to 15 business days for delivery.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, order value, and the products ordered.

The applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact our customer support.

6. Delivery Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and other reputable logistics providers depending on your delivery location.

Courier partners may change based on service availability.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • Incorrect contact information.

  • Recipient unavailable after delivery attempts.

  • Refusal to accept the parcel.

If applicable, the cost of forward and return shipping may be deducted from any eligible refund.

8. Upon Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Take photographs before opening the parcel.

  • Record a complete unboxing video from start to finish.

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us investigate and resolve your issue quickly.

9. Public Holidays

Deliveries are not made on certain public or bank holidays. Orders scheduled during such periods will be delivered on the next working day.

10. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Government restrictions.

  • High order volumes.

  • Courier operational delays.

  • Remote delivery locations.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are managed by the courier company.

If a shipment experiences an extended delay, we will work with the courier partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
