Refund policy

At Shoppio Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Request Period
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns or refunds are only considered in the following situations:

You received a damaged product.

You received a defective product.

You received the wrong item.

Items are missing from your order.
To process your request, you may be asked to provide:

An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Your order number.
Failure to provide the required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
3. Refund Eligibility
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:

A replacement product (subject to availability).

A full refund.
-
A partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Shoppio Mart after verification.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be required to return the product to the address provided by our support team.
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product sent by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
5. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Products that have been used after delivery.

Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Personal care or hygiene products after opening (where applicable).

Certain electronic products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Order Refusal
If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD) order after it has been dispatched without a valid reason, any applicable forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges paid at the time of placing an order are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

A damaged product.

An incorrect product shipped by us.

A missing item.

A verified manufacturing defect.
